Privacy Policy
生效日 Effective: September 26, 2026 · Last updated: September 26, 2026
360 CPA Corp (“360 CPA,” “we,” “us”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through our website, 360cpacorp.com (the “Site”), how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to visitors of the Site. Information you provide to us as a client in the course of an engagement is governed by our engagement letter and our client privacy notice, which we provide separately in accordance with the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act.
Information we collect
Information you give us. When you submit a contact or Request-for-Proposal form, book a consultation, or email us, we collect the information you choose to provide — typically your name, email address, phone number, company name, and a description of your needs.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, the Site collects standard technical information through server logs and analytics tools: IP address, browser type, device type, pages visited, referring page, and the date and time of your visit. We use Google Analytics for this purpose; Google's use of that data is described in its own privacy policy. You can opt out of Google Analytics with the browser add-on available at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
Cookies. The Site uses cookies and similar technologies for analytics and to remember basic preferences. You can set your browser to refuse cookies; some features of the Site may not function correctly if you do.
What we do not collect through the Site. We do not ask for, and you should not submit through the Site's public forms, Social Security numbers, tax identification numbers, bank account information, or tax documents. Sensitive information is exchanged only through our secure client portal after an engagement begins.
How we use information
We use the information we collect to:
- Respond to your inquiry and provide the information or proposal you requested;
- Schedule and conduct consultations;
- Operate, maintain, and improve the Site;
- Understand how visitors use the Site, in aggregate;
- Comply with legal obligations and protect our rights.
How we share information
We share personal information only:
- With service providers who help us operate the Site and our business (for example, website hosting, email delivery, form processing, appointment scheduling, and analytics), under contracts that restrict their use of the information to providing services to us;
- When required by law, regulation, subpoena, or court order, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of 360 CPA, our clients, or others;
- In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or part of our practice, in which case we will require the successor to honor this Privacy Policy.
We do not sell your information
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for targeted advertising.
Data retention
We retain website inquiry information for as long as needed to respond to you and for a reasonable period afterward for our records, unless a longer period is required by law. If you become a client, records are retained in accordance with professional standards and applicable law.
Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure; please do not send sensitive financial or tax information through the Site’s public forms.
Your choices and rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information we hold about you from Site interactions by contacting us at the address below. California residents may have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act; we will honor verifiable requests as required by law. We do not discriminate against anyone for exercising privacy rights.
Children
The Site is intended for business use and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Third-party links
The Site may link to third-party sites, including our client portal provider. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies.
Changes to this policy
